A female student of DELSU, Abraka, Evelyn Mogekwe, aged 26, allegedly jilted by her partner of seven years, has committed suicide.

It was believed that she was in a very good and cheerful mood in her hostel but her mood changed dramatically after man called her over the phone to ended their long term relationship.

She was said to have bought some drugs, claiming she was having a headache and went into her room, leaving a message for her room mate that they might not see her again.
