Meet a 70-year-old woman who is more flexible and agile than lots of young girls nowadays, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.

Dai Dali, 70, took up pole dancing after retirement and has become a national celebrity

After retirement Dai Dali started practicing pole dancing and has become so good in it she took part in Asia’s Got Talent and even won a national pole dancing competition in her age category. Her training sessions usually took place at home, where the old lady has a poll installed in her own bedroom.

She first made headlines in 2014 when she took part in two popular talent shows and won critical acclaim

Commenting on her outre hobby Mrs Dali said: “My dream is to show the world that there’s an old lady from China who does pole dancing. I like the feeling of spinning in the air. It’s fantastic. Follow your heart — it’s never too old to dance. I will continue until the day I can’t move.”
