The 18-year-old indigene of Benin Republic slit the throat of his employer's mother
The police in Lagos have arrested and charged to
court a teenage houseboy who killed an elderly woman.
18-year-old Hounvenou Yavine from the Republic of Benin was accused of the murder of one Mrs. Mariam Abiola.
Yavine is said to have slit the woman's throat after her daughter, his direct employer, left for work.
After his arrest, he allegedly confessed that he had been sent to kill the woman but he did not say by whom.
He is currently facing charges of murder before a court in the Ebute Metta area of the state.
