A 47 year old man has been captured and charged to court for professedly assaulting his teen little girl.
An Ota Senior Magistrate Court in Ogun State, has remanded a 47-year-old man, Solomon Ojo, for professedly assaulting his teen little girl, reports the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
As per police prosecutor, Sgt. Rosemary Brown, Ojo who lives on Abinuyo Street., Ijoko, in Ota, perpetrated the wrongdoing at some point in 2013 when he exploited the way that there was nobody in his compound and compellingly had coitus with of his little girl.
Chestnut said the offense perpetrated by Ojo repudiated Section 358 of the Criminal Code, Vol. 1, Revised Law of Ogun State, 2006, and conveys a 21 year correctional facility term.
Ojo however argued not blameworthy to the charge and the Magistrate, Temitope Adebutu, conceded him safeguard in the total of N200, 000 with two sureties in like entirety while the case was suspended to June 3, 2015 for hearing.
