Catastrophe struck in Igede Ekiti, home office of Irepodun, Ifelodun nearby government zone of Ekiti State, as a board laborer, Mrs Tayo Ajayi was hacked to death in her room. The incident, it was gathered, happened last Friday in the living arrangement of the expired situated inside Ujumu compound, Odo Igede quarters, Igede Ekiti. As indicated by the occupants, Mrs Ajayi, who was a staff of the Primary Health Center Department of the nearby government, was seen on Thursday evening going before the night she was said to have been killed.
The murdering has caused alarm among the inhabitants of the town, especially, the Onigede-in-chamber, while the corpse had been kept at the mortuary of General Hospital, Igede Ekiti.
The deceased's first child, Toyin Ajayi who talked on the occurrence said her mom was murdered inside her room, which proposed that she more likely than not been trailed to her home and assaulted in the 12 PM. "I got a call as respect the demise of my mom and on arriving, I met my mom in a pool of blood in her live with wounds on her head and blood all over her body showing that she was macheted to death".
